please shrink Lisa Raccoon to Bert's height
Before you reject, Here's the good part: Both Bert and Lisa play together
since she's now the same height as Bert, her clothes are now loose, oversized and baggy and since she's shrunk to Bert's height her barefeet can easily remove themselves from her shoes as her bare feet are shrunk to match Bert's foot size [improvise on Lisa's barefeet pls]
(or to be technical: she's shrunken to Bert's height, don't worry - i want it clean)

To be brief: Lisa and Bert are playing together
however, Lisa is shrunk [not age regressed] to Bert's height
and since she's shrunk to Bert's height: Her barefeet are shrunk to match Bert's footsize leaving her shoes loose fitting, hairband loose and tad oversized resulting in ponytail completely unraveled and clothes now loose, oversized and baggy
