Lifedrawing thread

Let's get a lifedrawing/gesturedrawing thread going!

First off, go to Pixelovely. Select whatever level of clothing you are comfortable with, and pick a gender. Select "Standard" mode in the last section and choose your time interval.
Sketch and post, even if it's not your best and don't forget to include the time interval.

If you guys are gonna do short lifedrawing then focus on the proportions first, then line quality and basically capturing the form, you don't necessarily have to practice composition.
Just some advice.

HelicaseHelio and I were always sitting on the stairs, chatting about the lamina and occasionally making snide remarks about ribosomes. There wasn't much for us to do. Our job was to simply be, and let the RNA scribble down the letters on our foreheads when they came around every once in a while. Helio was a G, I was a C. It wasn't exactly fulfilling, I suppose. There wasn't much to be filled. So to pass the time, we talked.
"You ever wonder?" Helio asked.
