I'm in need of some urgent help...

I'm looking to make a 3D panorama in Flash using Papervision 3d. I know I can add hotspots to the panorama but does anyone know how I can have a constant motion of an object throughout the panorama. (There is a possbility of animating it first in a 3D program then do the rest in Flash, however mine is going to be in 2D and drawn in Illustrator.

Example: No matter which way you turn throughout the panorama, you can see an animal of creature moving constantly.
