For consistency, I'm going to keep the adCAST Status Report icons set to , plus it's Friday and I think everyone could use a little something to take the edge off. I know I can, lol

I think I can safely say that the adCAST process has become a more positive experience than in the past , if you have any questions/concerns regarding your order please send them to ads@deviantart.com and I will review them as they are received.

The only "issue" I have to report is that if you have purchased multiple amounts of clicks...example: 2 orders of 500 clicks each, total of $40, the second order of clicks may have been skipped over since the order confirmation on my end currently does not let me know that there are 2 orders. I have the ability to check this in our accounting system and will be verifying each order from here on out to avoid this problem. Many thanks to those who have been patient and understanding with this little mix-up, IT is currently working on a way to clear this up and make my job easier

There are still outstanding orders with no campaign materials Once you have placed your order please check ALL your email folders for the confirmation email that contains instructions regarding campaign materials. It may be helpful to add ads@deviantart.com to your "safe list" to avoid important correspondence being sent to your junk/ folder.
