Our ad server has been operating at less than snail speed the last half of this week. All orders with complete information that were sent in yesterday afternoon and today will be up and running on Monday. Apologies for the delay.

There are still outstanding orders from last month, I have noted and emailed all of these deviants. Please respond to ads@deviantart.com with this information ASAP

There are also orders from end of last week and the beginning of this week that do not have any banner images or urls sent in. If you did not receive a confirmation notice from your order, please contact ads@deviantart.com and I will let you know what info I need to complete your campaign.

If you have questions about your order, please be sure to check your spam/junk folders before sending inquiries to ads@deviantart.com. When contacting ads@, please be sure to include your username and order number.

If you are still receiving notices that your campaign has been deactivated, please forward your deactivation message to ads@deviantart.com and I will make sure you stop getting those annoying notices from a campaign that most likely ended last year.
