I'd like to take this time to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during the technical difficulties we experienced due to the immense amount of orders received through the holidays.

I have personally contacted each deviant who has an order outstanding of as of March 10, 2008 via email or note. If you have not received anything, please send your inquiry to ads@deviantart.com with your Order number in the subject line and I will let you know the information that is still needed.

Secondly I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Stevie and I have taken over adCAST Support. I look forward to working with all of you towards successful campaigns.

Some key reminders about adCAST Submissions:

FAQ #779: Can I submit a different sized banner other than 300x250 for my adCast subscription?
adCAST banners MUST fit to these EXACT requirements: 300 pixels wide, 250 pixels tall and less than 45 kb in size.
Submitting banner images that do not fit to these requirements will result in a delay of your order.


Please use your Order Number to name your banner image, as opposed to "adCAST banner" etc. This will greatly decrease the chances of your information getting lost and be extremely helpful for me as I deal with many "adCAST banners" a day.

FAQ #597: Can I submit an advertisement which contains nudity or erotic content?
Banner images must be appropriate for ALL AGES. No nudity or erotic content of any kind.

FAQ #595: When you say 'Anything having to do with a corporation or commercial content of any kind'; does that mean I cannot link my advertisements to my website where I can make money off my art?
URLs that link to commercial websites are not eligible for adCAST. If your personal or non-profit website has ads on it or links to an online store (that is not your deviantART Prints Store) your campaign will be considered commercial and your order will be cancelled.


FAQ #599: How long will it take for my campaign to start, after I submit my advertisement?
