Dear adCAST Customers,

Please be advised that due to the Holiday Season we have been expericing a large increase of sales which has also resulted in a high volume of customer inquiries being submitted to us.

We're currently going over all remaining inquiries submitted to us over the Holiday Season and would like to ask that if you currently have an inquiry waiting in queue to please not submit another one, as doing so may lead to further delays in our queue.

Because of the backlog, we are currently extending the processing time from 2 business days to 5 business days.

All emails received will be handled in the order they were received.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience at this time. We hope to have everything cleared away soon.
