Everyone should take a look here because it looks like she went into the deviantart top wallpapers and stole them all. She doesn't speak English and her sites not in English so I can navigate at all.

She didn't ask my permission to post this in her gallery, with or without permission.

Wow, it even shows the exact deviation name and deviant artist name on the page. And the filename (right-click, select Properties) use the standard DA naming format, meaning they're just saved from DA directly, not screenshot-ed at all.

Unless this person got permission to show these, this is definitely copyright infringement. And I can see at least 68 images that were stolen from DA; the others were most likely stolen from somewhere else. And that's just the wallpapers section. The Fan Art section has loads more, as well as the Colorisations. Website looks to be in French, but I'm no expert in things like that.
