I wanted to ask you for help

I have two problems and maybe together we will be able to find an answer.

1st thing: For a couple of times I fight against art thieves on one the biggest of polish servers; [link] – which users submit works from dA and others sites without artist permit, and nicknames... without credits. They just “collecting” our stuff, and ask for comments them (I usually comment, but I guess not in way they want this ).
Anyway I spend many of my free time no writing reports and finding original arts in the internet, but problem for me is the fact, that thieves which blogs were banned; made new ones on the same server, and still steal our works... and the circle is closed.
Number of those blogs is very huge – I'm finding 10 or even 15 on day when I’m sitting and looking for it. Administration of server reacts pretty fast, but they only block those blog and order to remove reported arts – they don’t inform kids (those thieves are usually 13), that they cant just take others works. – and when arts are removed they unblock blogs and don’t care about that anymore. Others users of server also don’t care about that, and most of them even think its all right to take others people works without permit and submitting those on blogs without artist nicks and links to galleries.
In server regulation is only few words about copyrights... besides users don’t read those. Some time ago I’ve suggested to administration, that they should do something in that situation; put some information’s or something... but they ignored me (currently I sent to them much more ideas). I send many reports… and they still ignoring the problem.
Thieves which blogs are banned or removed use to acting very childish: “We have to remove all pictures because some stupid people told that we stole them… we work so hard to collect them all(…” <- that’s very annoying, I don’t know that they are so stupid, or so selfish?


I want to change something, but all by myself I can’t do anything more than remove blogs which have stolen stuff, and wait until thieves made new ones.

But I’m wonder… maybe someone of you have any ideas?


2nd thing: As I wrote before… I spend many time to writing reports and looking for stolen stuffs. I have problems with some blogs because I cant find all original works – and there is many of them.
So maybe you will help me and my friend with looking if you find some free time?
