In the need of a story editor

I'm creating this fantasy story and it's mainly has that anime feel going around. I like where things are going and I want to continue but before I continue I would really like to find an editor who will actually do his/her job. Any volunteers? =[

I'd like the editor to..
-likes reading
-will read every chapter I give
-will edit every chapter I give
-needs to know good english skills
-willing to give suggestions for improvment
-up to date with me
-enjoys anime (seeing that it's animeish influenced)
-a friend ^_^

Oh please, oh please oh please oh please! Pick me! I've wanted to be an editor my whole life! (Well, since year 7 anyway...)
Okay, now that I've got that out of my system:
I would be honoured if you would allow me the chance to read and edit your story. I believe I fullfill the requirements you have specified, and I have a lot of time on my hands.
