    It is about a year that my team ad I are working on the TomorroWriters project, a new publishing system to change the rules of the unfair and inefficient self-publishing of Amazon and iTunes Store.

We shall not say that we strongly believe in our idea and we are motivated. This comes without saying for a group of 5 people working in their spare time (everyone with his/her expertise).

What we need: 

A web-graphic designer. She/he does not have to be a guru, but with a lot of inventiveness. (Someone who thinks outside the box.)

An artist in general: for advertising, merchandising, fliers, and so on.

What we offer:

As above, we are working for free. As such, we think that, until we will find funds, we will pay you the same. Agreements are to be made in terms of future revenue and future funds, and they depend from case to case. 

That is, we are about to raise consistent funds to promote our project. Until then we cannot pay any money other than (very) limited development costs, but we can agree on equities, and all the future involvements that may come from the partnership. When these funds will be eventually available, we can pay you the amounts promised once the agreement is settled, or you can renegotiate the terms depending on whether you will be willing to continue to collaborate with us, or not.

Here, there is a duality. It is true that we are us the ones looking for someone, 

But at the same time we are offering you (whoever you may be) a great opportunity to join a project that has enormous potential, both in terms of number of potential users and future revenue.
