I want you to draw my dearest OC Fin, in his full Madralian form.

Note: His tail fin is transparent blue-green <3 Like a fishs tail fins. His skin is greyish-blue-green, the tinge of green goes in his hair a bit also ^//^ I haven't seen this form for a while, so I thought I'd hold a comp for it
