(If you don't know what a Mobian-character looks like, you'll probably catch on if this gets activity.)  I'm in search of a fourth character to add to my roster, so I thought it'd be a little fun to make a little competition out of it.  Post a detailed description of their personality and talents, as well as a link to an art piece or a thumbnail.  First place gets added to the roster, second place puts them as a guest on one of my "visitor" specials.  Specify if you want just the guest part.  I'll have a slot open for the guest after 2nd place runner-up is used, so send me a note if you're interested in theguest appearance after this raffle is over.
The OCs will be judged by appearances, and bios.  I'm not well known, but I' would appreciate any entree you have.
