Artists needed for open source kids game project

I am currently preparing to make an open source kids game and I am currently looking for artists who are willing to do this for me at no cost. It has to be no cost because of the following reasons:

1.Free and open source software does not turn any revenue whatsoever.
2.Parents do not want me taking any donations over their Internet; they think it is unlawful.
3.The financial priorities associated with the "first taste of real life" that comes with graduating from college will render any spending on my project as frivolous and wasteful.
4.Do not have the funds for a promotional platform for the project to get interested people in donating.
5.Family cannot donate due to their budgets and social network is limited.

If anyone is interested in doing this, please let me know and I will give you more information.
