How many points would it be to make an looping animated gif about 544 x 416 resoultion if not, bigger of a picture that is using a hands on hips pose like this:

but of a different character with a full background like a grassy meadow and trees with a nice sky maybe abit of a dark part in the back and the character has animated hair, a flowy jacket or anything else that looks like it can be moving and they blink. Sorry for a huge-ish description. Please message me if you know how much thanks!

I'd say you'd probably be talking real money, depending on the animator's preferences (most prefer to work in cash though, I believe). I can't really achieve what you're asking for, at least not in a decent time frame, but I'm sure you'll find someone
