Eh, i have a horrible skin i made, i make better ones if i use effort, and all commisions i use 100% effort

I will make a non crappy journal skin example if you like. Want me to make an example?

Oh yeah ! Could you make one if I give links to the art? Like, I got tons of comissioned art. But I don't know how to CSS skin... So you could CSS it all?

I honestly can't make them, but I know a couple of people who do.
I'm not sure if *Goth-Dog's commissions are open, but she usually does them for around 100

And one of my best friends =ripple09 does them. Not quite sure how much though.
