I thought a comment or a note will suffice. I`ll write you in a moment.
Basically, I'd want a small modification to a picture so that its main character looks like a friend of mine.
So you must be good at doing portraits, since this commission is basically a portrait with some slight changes.
You'd just have to copy most from the source material I'd give you (I mean, the pose and general expression).
The only "difficult part" would be drawing the people's face (since a standard body would work, and you should be able to copy it from the source material) in a more or less realistic style.
The theme will be slightly adult, so have that in mind if you don't like to do such works.
If you're interested, comment here, send me a Note and I'll send you the pictures for reference and a bit more of explanation.
Before giving you any points, I'd like to see a sample sketch of the final work, to test if you're able to make it. When I see that sketch, I'll let you know if you can do the final picture or not. I'm doing this in case there are several people interested in this work, just to be able to select the best one.
