We're in need of 2d concept artists for our environments and character designs, as well as 3d character modelers and environmental modelers. We are in the process of putting together a Kickstarter to help fund the project, though we do have other options lined up if the Kickstarter fails to garner support.
Compensation will be split into two parts: profit sharing and standard salary. Any team members who contribute work towards our Kickstarter campaign will be added to a profit-sharing agreement, taking in a percentage of all profits generated by this project. Once we're funded, all team members will be paid standard salaries to work on the project.
