Someone Good At Drawing Kids/People...Will Pay?

I recently got some Christmas money (yay) and I am looking for someone who is wicked good at drawing people and kids. Not like photographs, but anime/comic characters. I'm not sure how to explain it. Just...someone who has a really pretty romantic style.

I want a drawing with several OC kids in it, probably about 9 kids total (ages newborn to six years old) and two or three adults. It'll take awhile to draw probably. Anyways...anyone interested? I don't know what most people charge for this, so tell me what your prices are for a piece like this and I'll get back to you:) thanks!
