That can either be simple or complicated, but I would do this:
1. Copy the picture the amount of times that it is in frames
2. Take each picture and crop out the image to be 50X50
3. Put each picture in the correct sequence
4. Go to www.iaza.com -> Mix -> Frame animation
5. Upload each picture into the correct spaces (sequence)
6. Go all the way to the bottom of the page and put the speed on 1/2 and the loops on infinite
7. Then you download the gif file and upload it as your icon

I not asking for someone to make it an animation, just help me to do it. because when I resized to 50x50 it said it couldn't minimize the image.

well did you resize it after you made it into an animation or before?

before. and cropped the image to 50 x 50. corrected my edges, and then animated.
