Art buddy project?

I am looking for someone I can critique and can critique me, so we can become better artists! Someone also to do trades, and have conversations with, along with gifts and encouragment toward one another. This is a project I would like to do with a partner over a long period of time, which would include challenging one another, and helping one another. If you are interested please comment, or note. Whichever.

I would prefer someone around or just below my own skill level.

This is no scam, because honestly, I don't really care about trades or gifts, and there won't be any of these unless I know I have a partnership.

Please no trolls.

I would be interested, I do have a different style (anime) but your is really individual XD

I always want to improve and Id be willing to red line for changes and I do use copic markers so i am a traditional artist and maybe you could help me produce more traditional stuff?
