Title says it all, really. But read on.

I want to see a huge picture, so I'm having a lottery of sorts to find the best artist who will take my commission.

Leave a comment saying: 'Hi. My name is (Insert name), and I'm here to win big!', and I'll check your gallery. I'll judge all the artists who entered fairly, and choose the one to do the pic. If by chance the artist decided the commission is too much, I'll ask second place, and so forth.

Don't worry, my idea is rated PG-13.
