2D animators needed for independent anime - Payment = % of sales profits

As the title says, I need 2D animators who can draw in anime for a web show called Uniques United.

Description of anime: Uniques United features six mice, all with some sort of disorder or disability. These range from autism to ADD to Bipolar Disorder to several others and they have a direct effect on the characters' personalities. They live on a world called Cubia, which has a modern-day society and frequently travel to a secret twin planet called Jipto, which has a medieval fantasy culture. The six mice do their best to keep the existence of Jipto a secret, for fear of intrusive investigation and worldwide media coverage.

Their names are Neil, Daniel, Andrew, Stanley, Simon, and Miranda. All six of them are siblings, and their disorders are real (which I have done research on). The moral of the story is to turn one's weaknesses into strengths and raise awareness of these disorders as well.

On top of their internal challenges, they are vassals to a king named Roland, where they carry out missions for him and his kingdom that require a lot of careful thinking, stealth, and sometimes brute force. Each one is different.

They travel between the two worlds through a stone portal in a secret room, located in their house, which Simon uses as his laboratory. They get back home much in the same way, through the same portal, but the portal appears when they complete the mission on their return trip home.

From lost civilizations to underground caverns to haunted castles to nobles' affairs, there is always a complicated situation waiting to be solved with each mission.

IMPORTANT: Anyone who is interested must be patient. Right now, the budget is $0, but the payment I intend on providing comes from the money made from the sales of each season. I understand that not having any money upfront may put off a lot of potential applicants, but with patience and dedication, the money will come as soon as there is an opportunity. Having a Paypal account is highly encouraged.

All I need are 2D animators and voice actors. The rest is taken care of. I happen to be a sound designer as well as the script/story writer, and with access to an entire game development team, the audio department is well taken care of. And I dabble in original compositions too. Right now, our team is a group of almost a dozen individuals from all across the world, and anyone who is interested in applying as an animator or a voice actor can do so from the comforts of home, since this entire show will be done over the internet.

Rules:

1: Remember, you gotta be in it to win it. No quitting before the first season is complete. If you decide to stay for the second season, you cannot quit before the end of the second season, and so on. If you do quit before then, you will not receive your share of the profits.

2: Like in many projects, if you become a problem for the rest of the team or the project itself, you will be kicked out without payment. I only accept a positive influence on the web show.

Suggestions:

1: Enjoy the experience. Life is not all about money, though having it is always a good thing. People go to work for satisfaction, and as an animator or voice actor, you should enjoy working on the project. Don't bother signing up if you're not going to like working for the rewards. This is a journey, not a destination.

2: Please understand the delicate and awkward position we're in financially. We cannot afford to pay anybody upfront; we do not have that kind of money available, yet. When you sign up as of right now, you're a volunteer until the first season is complete. When we're able to sell something, that's when things can change. I cannot foresee when the money will start coming in, but I guarantee this anime has the potential to become extremely popular and very well-funded, given the kind of creative ideas behind the show. When you sign up, you become a part of that potential. We can't make an anime without you guys, the animators, so your work will be valuable to the show, and you personally will be treated with the utmost respect.

3: Personally, this is my first time running a business, so if you have any wisdom to share with me or the team on how to run any aspect of our anime, by all means, share it. We're always open to advice. Just don't lord yourself over us because we had that unpleasant experience while developing a PC game. We ended up kicking the problem person out of the group and I'd hate to have to do that, especially to an animator or voice actor.

4: Get a Skype and Paypal account. Both are highly encouraged. Skype is where the team's "headquarters" is. We organize our plans and do most of the stuff on that Skype chat. Paypal is also a good thing to have access to because I can easily transfer the money from the future Uniques United business account to yours.

If anyone has any questions, post a comment here or message me on Skype. My username is autistic_lucario. In that case, please let me know who you are, what your username is on Deviantart, and why you've contacted me. I get fake contacts on a regular basis, so I don't want to refuse your invitation by mistake.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
malfunit

You should learn to deviantart. This thread is well placed since the artist in not offering upfront payment. It doesn't matter what money provider is used, what's important is wether the project offers upfront payment or not.
