original characters recruiting - 1 month subscription

Hello all.
I am looking for original character designs, and I am looking for lots of them.
I will be starting my own original manga/comic, it's a fantasy yet realistic adventure manga/comic.
There will be LOTS of teams competing or helping eachother to find new discoveries (animal, treasure, mystery etc etc.) , therefore , there will be alot of characters interacting with eachother.

I will probably need 40+ different designs or even more, and it will be a nightmare to think of them all by myself.
I currently have 13...27+ more to go. XP

Please throw characters design at me if :
-you have characters designs that you are no longer interested in and have no use of them.
-you want your characters to have a chance to appear in my manga.
-you want to have the chance of me re-drawing your characater in my style.
-you want a chance of winning a 1 month subscription. The 3 characters that I like the best will get 1 month subscription from me.


Character design guidelines and requirements:
-Must be original.
-They can be old characters that you no longer use, or new characters designed specificly for this manga.
-Gender and age of the character doesn't matter.
-clothing can be any style.
-you can write character personality and background if you wish.
-drawing skill not required.
-must be full body.
-can be black and white or full color.

-He/she has to be suitable for one of the following position in the adventure team:
-- cook/chef(cooking for the team, handling food)
-- fighter (protect the team, can be any type of fighter)
-- leader of the team
-- observer (good at spotting things, usually have good eyes, senses, or hearing and knows their way.)
-- doctor. (person who's in charge when someone's wounded.)

-You can combine 2 positions in 1. Like..say .. a chef who can fight really well, or an oberver that cooks.
-you can give me more than one character, even design the whole team if you like. 1 team will have 4-7 members.
- no magic user characters please. (wizard, mage, etc.)
-you have to give me 100% freedom on how I am going to use them in my manga.
