Yes, but people often enough come to *this* forum with questions that it seemed like a good idea to collect some answers.

If you'd like to add a link to better forums for MySpace questions, that would be great.

If you mean offsite on MySpace itself, well yes, clearly. But that doesn't mean people don't post a MySpace thread here every second day.
