CSS confuses me

Hey okay...

I'm a little slow at undertsanding things, and even though I've been with DA for awhile but I'm still pretty new to all the features. I have a subscription but the whole CSS programme thing confuses me but I would like to brighten up my DA page cause it looks so boring...

Can anybody help me out with the whole thing, word of wise you'll need alot of patience

Would probably need basic HTML knowledge. I know there are some tutorials around here that deals with that subject. I know basic CSS but I've never seen it on DA since I never had a subscription. ^^; Sorry if that doesn't help much.
