It's a great show, a culamination of Western and Eastern art with humorous overtones for the kids, and a darker (and possibly political) overtone for the older fans! Sure, the ship wars (Kataang v. Zutara as a massive example) are a little out-of-control at times, but it's still a great watch!
I could probaly go on about the "hidden" symbolism... well, everywhere, but I won't. So, people of the dA forums, do you like Avatar or dislike it ?

INSANE LOVE. <333 I like the art, and how clean and yet expressive it is. ^_^ And the storyline--WAY more involved than many other cartoons. It's really all-around great. I wish more people could see around the cartoon factor, and see it for the entire package. (And I LIKE animation. >> But then, this is dA. xD; ) And I am SO glad there's a new episode on Friday. I had withdrawl last week. T___T

Lol, Avatar withdrawal. Hate that effect. The second season has gotten me so excited... I mean, we finally get around to "meeting" Azula, Zuko has peach-fuzz hair and the OUTFITS! Oh lordy, I love everyone's new outfits! That's another thing that separates Avatar from other cartoons- the characters (main ones, at least) know how to change their clothes and styles.

Yes it does actually, if you were 10-12 I wouldn't mind. But 17? My goodness. At 17 I was roaming the country. You on the other hand are drowning yourself into this junk that is T.V.
