A teenager cannot run for president... You gotta be over 35 to run/ be elected...
A teenager can't BE president but a teenager can RUN.The point is not that he wants to be president just that anyone who's willing can try. Knowing he wouldn't be able to actually be president he's backing Bernie Sanders.
