Coconut oil! You saved my hair and skin <3

Man coconut oil is THE BEST! My hair has always been in bad condition after it got bleached ( twice, whoops ) I never really -did- haircare, so my hair has slowly gotten pretty bad.

However! I did a deep conditioning oil treatment, just pure coconut oil, nothing fancy, put it in my hair, went to sleep, washed it out.

Oh man my hair feels beautiful.

Also my skin, my legs that hate to get shaved to oblivion, is so soft :)

Totes, its just the same stuff people cook with, put it in your hands, watch it go all melty, then cover your hair in it, focus more on the ends rather than the roots as it may be a bit too greasy, then put it in a bun and wait till tomorrow, wash it in the morning, boom. My hair looked so healthy and bright!

D,: I love their stuff, but I do find it expensive so I take a look at their ingredients list and make my own stuff.

Like a hair mask with avocado, sea salt, lemon juice, jojoba oil, peppermint oil and egg.

Yeah I would like to make hair masks, I just had a facial mask thats all minty, that was so fun! The tub was huge and only about 3-4 pounds, I love just being girly and painting my nails <:

I wish I could paint my nails and keep it on for more than a day. I did a whole bunch of face masks last night while watching a Walking Dead marathon. ♥ Though I do love going out and getting a mani/pedi and a massage for my birthday.

You need something to do while you wait for your nails to dry!

I'm going to be doing a valentines manicure for, well, valentines!

I tried looking for an image, but oh well, so my nails are going to be light brown, and then have turquoise green hearts on the ring fingers! :D

So true.
Oh that sounds cute!
It's payday for me on V-day, so I might just buy some shoes and hit the gym after copious amounts of chocolate. XD And a cupcake face mask. ♥

Also does wonders for your lips in this scrub. [link]
I use this scrub all the time. It takes off all your dead skin and when you apply ChapStick afterwards, your lips feel so soft. c:

Yeah, I need to do that, I do a similar version for my skin, but I think it kind of messes with the PH balance so I stopped and stuck with other products.

Ah I see. Well if this scrub doesn't work you can always purchase certain lip scrubs. I've never purchased one though since I usually can't find any.

Yes, it has high redeeming properties.. I used it on my elbows and knees a couple days a week for a few weeks to help with the dryness on them and it helped clear it up. It's amazing. It also helps when you eat it, it has Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) helps with metabolism.

Doesn't it fade scars and stretch marks as well? That's something I heard. I don't know if it's the truth though.

I wonder if it'd work on beards, even with conditioner it feels like a bristle brush at times. Can't hurt to try anyway.

Don't see why not, you'll have to leave it in, then wash it out, however my hair was possibly the worst hair, like, ever! Its taken me years to try to recover it, and its fixed in one night, and I've used all the products.

I would say give it a go, get about 2 tea spoons, hold it in your hand till it melts into the oil, stroke it in your beard, wash it out after the night, or if you cba, get a hair dryer, warm it up with that, then wash it.

For hair you use shampoo x 2 then conditioner, so you may want to do something similar.

It feels gross till you wash it with shampoo, then it goes so soft <3

Actually, the saturated fats are triglycerides that are immediately metabolized by the liver. So they jump start the metabolism and aren't stored in the body.
