Yes I agree. it's cheap and the interface is nice. granted the full-up versions of photoshop has more features but I used them rarely anyway.

I do like the brush controls better for the full-up version better though.

It's a great way of getting the gist of CS6.

I like making my lineart on PSE.

I only got into digital art in the past few months myself. I like being able to color scanned pencil drawings.
