If something is too sweet I won't eat it. Has to be good balance.

Not sure what to think about the pizza dough in amongst all of that.

I was hesitate at first too but it was really good. I've used pizza dough for cinnamon rolls in the past and those turned out

I like lighter desserts like Japanese mochi, and I have a friend who's crazy about crepes.

Crepes are amazing too!

I've never had mochi before...is that those ice cream balls dumped in flour ?

they can be filled with ice cream, but they're usually filled with red bean paste, green bean paste, taro paste, or sesame seed paste.

That's what I was thinking of. Maybe it's not flour used :-D I've only had them with ice cream on the inside. Super yummy.

lol you use glutinous rice flour to make them.
They're so good...but I made them before, and they can be a sticky mess if you don't mould them the right way.

Sounds like sister making home made marshmallow. First couple attempts were super messy.
