Praise Rhubarb!

I at rhubarb crisp for the first time today. It was delicious! And now we're probably gonna make rhubarb pie for July 4th!

So, praise this tart stalk! What are your favorite ways of using rhubarb?

I've never tried rhubarb before. Oh no wait....I had rhubarb and custard flavoured yoghurt once. It was delicious

What does rhubarb actually taste like? And I thought it's poisonous?

You can't eat the leaves, just the stalk.

It tastes kinda like a tart candy that doesn't have much flavor, just tartness, mixed with the texture of a thick celery.
