I've had too many problems with them to praise them. They're still the best option out there though so they must be doing something right.

Why do you have problems with them? Maybe the management of the website is not really organized well? I haven't use Paypal yet though...

You haven't used them? Ah, that would explain why you're praising them then.

They only let you change your account type once. They changed my account to an unusable account type twice. I was lucky I didn't have any funds in there the second time as they wouldn't have let me access them even though it was entirely their fault both times. I had to delete it and start over.

So yeah, they're beyond useless. At least useless would have left my account as it was.
