Dispel your mental images of robed men throwing toddlers at US troops shouting "ALLAHU AKBAR".

According to the US military:

"a vehicle stopped at a checkpoint was waved through because two children were seen in the back, but was then detonated." (link)

Fucked up. I can think of precious few instances where children could be justifiably be brought into combat, and this sure as hell isn't one of them.

Children should be the most valuable part of a society...they are the future. When a society is capable of abusing their children in this way, there isn't much further left to go.

Yeah, children have probably been used for suicide attacks for decades. They've also been used in general warfare for millennia.
