Mr Neeley is duly impressed and commends the lawyer who wrote the paper called “Moral Rights of Authors in the USA.”

Mr Neeley must admit accidentally encountering another attorney obviously more knowledgeable than himself in the copy[rite] ritual of the USA. Mr Neeley did not think anyone existed in the United States who was remotely close and was humbled by this outstanding research.

This paper did miss the personal rights of artist being first differentiated from the craft of re-publication or printing in Great Britain in 1734 with the Engraver’s Act of 1734 or Hogarth's Act of 1934. This act is called the Copy[rite] Act of 1734 by most reference books (and Wikipedia) in error but does not contain the words copy and "right" in the same sentence.

Webster’s dictionary, ironically, alleges this as the first usage of the term [sic]"copyright" but Noah Webster was the linguist who personally coined [sic]“copyright” in the Copy[rite] Act of 1790 while copying the British 1710 Statute of Anne and ignoring the British Hogarth's Act of 1734 in 1790.

The relationship between morality and law in the US are in great need of repair, if not utterly beyond salvaging. 17 USC 106A was ruled to not protect against disparaging usage of visual art on internet wire communications in the Western District of Arkansas in Neeley v NameMedia Inc et al, (5:09-cv-5151). This was wrong but is so far beyond the understanding of most lawyers, forum readers, OR judges that the copy[rite] ritual remains utterly unassailable in the US despite Golan v Holder,(10-545) asserting the Berne Compact to be the chosen copyrite regime twice by Congress. The personal right to privacy is simply another way to skin exactly the same cat. Mr Neeley saw this almost addressed in the article above or described indirectly but not realized.

Mr Neeley sought to proceed IFP against the FCC et al but sought help covering filing fees and service costs. This shall proceed next week.

Richard Welch Esq and Mr Neeley have already spoken regarding this complaint. This action should end utterly open internet wire and radio communications IMMEDIATELY and turn these into a monitored venue and correct profit bubbles. (e.g. GOOG, PCLN, MSFT, FB) The utter immorality of open internet wire and radio communications have been WRONG for the entire Earth for decades and must be corrected rather than the continued immoral simultaneous use of old communications venues killing all other communication venues on Earth and wrecking the economy, as is happening today.

Mr Neeley may lose in the end but will have made the valiant attempt Susan B Anthony made in 1873 unsuccessfully to require that women be allowed to vote just as the WHITE men were allowed to vote at the time.
"Susan B Anthony v United States"

Sincerely,

Curtis J Neeley Jr, MFA

Copyright does not supercede the right of people to communicate.

Is it just me, or did I just read an advocate for SOPA/ACTA type laws?

I'm all for copyright reform but anything along those lines is like pursuing socialism for human rights. You can't enforce it without totalitarianism which cancels out the whole point.

No, that is absolutely incorrect. I believe corporations have no business pursuing copy[rite] claims except in the interests of the hired artists.

Totalitarianism is not required except like it is for preventing murder.
This is the way internet wire communications will be instead of the HOAX these are now where absolute "free speech" is allowed as is counter to honorable "free speech".
47 USC §232 is a less fluffy and a more totalitarian way to prevent abuse of speech and balance the United States budget.

The free porn sky is falling.
