It's funny, because that statistic (which was made up by the NY Times), was intentionally misconstrued from what the actual FBI report was saying. They conflated rape with "sexual assault", which includes unwanted verbal speech. They also ignored common sense, sample sizes, and the fact that there are more white people (a.k.a. targets) in America, "period". You, like the NYT both failed to understand when the DOJ report says there are “less than ten cases” of white-on-black rape, they do not mean less than ten cases in the whole country. They mean less than ten cases IN THEIR SAMPLE. In other words, the sample size is too small to draw any “accurate” conclusions from, one of the main points that idiots like to overlook. Which is where that statistical "zero" comes from.

If you're going to quote statistics, at least make sure you have a basic understand of how they are generated, first.
