Why does dA conspire with GOOG?

Developer Geeks,

Please read through this journal entry.

Please then read through page 9 of the complaint that is filed IFP and will be served on the FCC as a paid case within two weeks. [link]

dA has been aware that the indecent art protections put in place by the Developer Geeks to comply with the SAFccty of minors demanded by Congress is utterly ineffective in preventing display of nudity on the website to minors.

This error violates the unwritten Code-of-Honor for geeks when coupled with the known deception of the “click-to-agree” for submission or the seven page 3,049 word legal practical joke. [link]

This obvious deception alleges to grant unqualified free license to use submitted art for the purposes of promotion. Unsuspecting deviant artists who feel dA is respectable and requires logging-in to see NSFW marked art submitted are, in fact, DECEIVED.

The following two searches will return art marked NSFW at dA. Both searches are on the moderately SAFcc settings but the second is NOT child safe.
“curtis neeley Make_the_Internet_SAFcc site:deviantart.com” [link] “kristinkk nude site:deviantart.com” [link]

The obvious traffic inflation that occurs must justify conspiring with Google Inc for even the preview thumbnail seen in the following link. [link]

This also emphasizes the power of URLs as both content calls and interaction with the base server.

WHY NOT PUT ALL art DISCLOSED AS NSFW in an EXCLUDED directory from GOOG spiders. dA not doing this trivial SAFcc step is deceiving dA users to feel they use dA and do not endanger minors with indecent art submissions.

It would be best to contact deviantART directly when you have an issue or need help with deviantART :)

This is also not suitable for the forums as it doesn't encourage discussion - see FAQ #801: Are there any rules for the Forums? :)
