Obama: The First Gay President

Well, we elected him the first time because he's black, so why not elect him a second time because he's "gay"? Why not? Well, maybe because he's not actually gay, and only recently chose to express support for gay marriage as a shamelessly desperate political ploy to bring a large demographic monolithically into his fold.

But hey, while we're at it, maybe we should also make him the first female president, and the first Native American president, and the first Scientologist president, and the first single-mother president, and so on. Let's just use up all those firsts right now so that we never again make the stupid mistake of electing an idiot like this for their cynical pandering.

And meanwhile, the economy will continue to decline, and we'll all become poorer, but at least all those "specially different" individuals will feel all warm and fuzzy inside because they had the opportunity to set aside their rationality and vote for someone who really identifies with them.

Seriously, if I were gay, I would feel insulted that this president thinks that we're so dumb and single-minded that he could win us over like this. Can anyone else see my point here? Does anyone still believe that Newsweek is a respectable news organization?

Actually pretty much all presidents were gay. I mean, you'd be happy too to be in the white house.

just because Obama is obviously gay or at leas bi sexual doesn't mean he is a bad person. Its his anti jobs agenda that scare me off. As for the election, he doesn't have a prayer anyhow. You can only tell so many blatant lies and still have the majority believe in you.

As for his sexuality, I believe that is somehow related to the heavy cocain use he had in the past. Drugs can change your sexual orientation. Many drug users pimp themselves out for dope, that is as old as the pyramids

Here's how the passage of a bill works - It was proposed, studied, then brought to the House and Senate. The democrats hold the majority in the Senate, and the Republicans hold the majority in the House. The Republicans subsequently make up Congress. They have to support a bill before it can be passed, and signed into law by the President. Now we have no partisan support, a Congress colloquially referred to as a "do-nothing" Congress, a party which thinks that the economy will sort itself out (see automobile industry), and a President who can't do his job as a result. The American people suffer because of a REPUBLICAN Congress. Why aren't there any jobs? There's your answer.


And just an FYI, DOW average is up since the 08 market crash, and the unemployment is as low as 8% from its 10% 09 number.

Look, I agree the democrats should get everything they want because...well, they are democrats and never wrong. God is on their side about everything it seems. Unfortunately this is the United States and people get to vote and the democrat congress got showed the door

Yeah, after they were handed down the situation from the Bush administration. And Senate is a part of Congress as an FYI.

Lets see, Reid and Pelosi took over congress in nov of 2006. You would think they would have prevented all this pain and suffering Obama had when he joined them AT THE TOP
