I just wanna share a little about something about having low self esteem. Accepting who you are, both your fault and strengths. This doesn't mean you cannot improve your weaknesses later, it means recognising any shortcomings you may have. Suggestion therapy is a good way of being able to accept yourself. It is a simple technique, just repeat to yourself over and over again a phrase, such as "I love who I am despite my faults" whenever you are feeling low or lacking self-confidence.
