it depends strongly on your definition of victory. though i prefer the ideal of cooperation to competition. the terms ' victory', 'winners' and 'losers' can be pretty broadly defined and because of their dichotomal nature it's hard to lose the other side of the coin. although we could broaden our definition of losers to abstract terms such as 'our nature' or 'mortality'. then there'd be no tangible loser.
Well, there can't really be victory without competition, and there can't be competition without winners and losers, so it logically follows that you can't technically have a victory if there are no losers or winners to be had.
