The way I see it is its like eating my sisters apple. If I didn't know it was hers, and I eat it- am I still at fault? Its the same concept with Adam & Eve. What's your thoughts? And if you have nothing productive or nice to say- don't say anything at all.
They were warned beforehand that they were forbidden from eating the fruit, it was basically the one law they were asked to follow and it seemed in the story that it wasn't like they forgot it was forbidden
Very good point. So, whenever it was they ended up having sex- before marriage- was that a sin too? *gasp* Sarcasim on the loopholes of the bible. Gotta love it.
Sex before marriage is not a sin, I don't think its even a part of the book of the law, but if it was, then same diff because the law was always meant to be broken to prove that people are sinners (ref romans ch3 v20) therefore sex before marriage is not a sin, but it is fallfilling the purpose of the law, in turn if u realize your a sinner and you move forward unto salvation.
Tell that to all the Catholics (and Priests) I know. I guess it all depends on which variation on the Catholic faith you are- Christian, Lutherian, Baptist, etc. But, yeah, that's what we were always force fed and what MANY Catholic organizations like to force feed our youth all the time.
LOL, yup, I tend to come up with weird things like that. Your original question though was also a very good point. I took a lot of religion courses in college, so we talked about weird things like this all the time.
in reality didnt they know good from bad after he said dont eat of it or you die didnt that show them to disobey is bad? so that means they knew good an bad before the apple..... i think it was sin but god just had mercy an blessed them anyways an it was punishment cause to go from heaven never dying to earth full of troubles diseases an all yeah thats a punishment.
