You'll never fly unless you take a first step. Start by trying to solve all the little problems, and once all those are gone, maybe it'll be easier to know the big thing bothering you.
Whenever I feel like that I try to channel that energy and emotion into my artwork. Those are usually my best pieces. It's like turning a negative into a positive, and it really makes me feel better to get it out.
