Whenever I feel like that I try to channel that energy and emotion into my artwork. Those are usually my best pieces. It's like turning a negative into a positive, and it really makes me feel better to get it out.
Aww my poor Jessie chan, when ever i'm stressed out I write what I feel and destroy it after i'm done. because when I do I know to not let it bother me. Or I write a list of thing the bother me and think if it's really worth worring/stressing about. (I hope this helps) (^_^)
It sounds nonspecific...maybe you are simply bored on an epic scale? Do you feel bored? I get moody when its been all work and no fun for longer than a week or two. Hope you can cheer up soon little buddy
That could simply be it. There are so many issues bugging you at the moment that no single one is causing you emotional distress. My high school graduation is coming up and that's making me very depressed recently, so I can sympathise there.
