Could you take time to do a 2 question Survey for research for University?

Hi,

I am currently conducting a survey open for everyone. There are only two questions, and if you could take time to do it I would much appreciate it. Any answer is helpful and it will help me so much for my dissertation. Thank you in advance.

This isn't homework, this is a general survey that I thought that people wouldn't mind answering a couple of questions. I am posting this on many different sites I am on, as I was hoping to get a wide range of answers to the two questions.
