Um so, I kinda need help with weight and working out stuff here, hehe. Well, What i wanna do is lose mainly belly fat, and keep it that way. My family members say i look fine, but thats family, they're being supportive. But if i don't feel comfortable in my own skin and body, i want to. Does anyone have any tips at all on how to lose tummy fat with any workouts and how to do them? And i'm fairly flexible, so i'd take flexible ones also. Also, i can't really run anywhere, because my neighbor hood is pretty ghetto and stuff. =o=
Anyways, yeah, any workouts you guys suggest for losing belly fat, ASAP?
Thanks!

You'll have more chance on a fitness forum that here, but I can give some insight.
You could make a strict diet plan. No meat, No sweets, No rice for example. Also, try to eat low calorie foods like fish or vegs.
Try to take a daily walk/jog or maybe ride a bike around town(if you have one). If you can't do that, try going to a fitness center. But I highly recommend you to take the daily jogs since you only want to lose fat.

[link] <---- Have a humgeous variety of exercises that are perfect. Find the one that suits you the most! Also Along with tummy flattening exercising, remember to jog/run walk! And eat healthier. Dont drink juices ,soda , or eat cake/pastries, unless you make it at home! Just by eating what exactly your body needs (healthy stuff) you do loose a lil weight! ( I lost 5 pounds by changing my diet, and with exercise I lost more!)
Best of luck

Contrary to almost everyone else here I recommend heavy lifting or strength training rather than cardio! The main advantage is that more muscle mass means a higher energy consumption overall. That reduces the risk of regaining the fat you just lost.

Mate, the best advice I can give you is what worked for me. Shotokan Karate has a number of training regimes which concentrate on building and losing centre mass. This is specifly to allow the student to take more punishment but I think this routine might be more suited to your condition unless you have any plans to get punched in the sternum :D

daily: Morning
-start with simple sit-ups, about 10 or so until you feel ready for more
-simple squats also help.

daily: night
-again 5 or so sit-ups
-as many push-ups as you can do, be it 2 or 20

This won't loss weight ultra fast but it will build muscle so i hope it helps :D

Top methods for loosing pure fat are pretty straight forward. Running intervals or a long distance at a slower pace. Try to add in some resistance training. Some squats and pushups. The most important thing is diet. If you eat right you will lose fat pretty quickly. Cut out as much sugar as you possibly can. Sugar was my problem when I first started working out. And its in everything! Try to cut out fats and high calorie foods. Some people cut carbs completely. This is not a great way to go about it. Try to get your carbs from whole grains but limit those a little bit. Fruits and vegetables are really good for you so dont cut them out even though they are carbs.
