Hello! I know this is a little embarrassing for me, but I figured "why not".

I'm in desperate need of a decent Photoshop, I don't mind if it is CS2, CS3, etc. If anyone has an old Photoshop they don't need anymore(and are willing to ship it to me), I'm willing to create a stunning personal piece for them.

I know I could just download and steal the file online, but I'd rather not if could avoid it. :l

I wonder if there is anyone out there who would be willing to help?

Aside from anything else this seems kind of pointless.

GIMP is completely free software that you can download. I know there are plenty of people that will explain why the latest version of photoshop is better than the latest version of GIMP - but I use GIMP to do nice enough digital paintings and there certainly isn't anything wrong with it and it should be plenty good enough for someone at your skill level.

In any event the current free version of GIMP would blow an obsolete version of photoshop out of the window. I have CS2 on this computer and I don't feel there is any contest. I really don't understand why you would want to beg for the CS2 instead of just downloading GIMP.

You might also want to consider other free open source software such as Inkscape before begging, complaining and threatening to steal things.

And no, I won't ship you the CS2.

Even if I was "feeling generous" , your replies to the other posters here would have completely killed that.

Not my fault you think we are running a charity here.
This part of the forum is for "Help with Life", for people with trouble(parental, psychological, heartbreak, emotional distress,..).
Not for money related issues, I'm not saying it isn't a problem, it's just not the right place for it.
