I don't want drugs. I have been diagnosed with severe depression. Nothing really....Doesn't matter.

I don't think running alone releases adrenaline. Unless you've been tormenting the neighbor's dog and then set it loose...

But it does help oxygen circulate which is pleasant in its effects.

Then ask your shrink 'what are the drug-free methods of treatment?'

There are a few, with varying rates of success (but, yeah, drugs aren't as good for you in the long term I don't think, than something like CBT)
