Let me tell you guys a little story. I was on DA at school the other day and when I logged in I noticed a picture of a a naked girl in a chair. I am only a man...so I clicked it, obviously. I glanced at her gallery really quickly, cause I was at school and there were people around. She had many topless pictures and I left a naughty-ish comment on her page saying I'd be back to see her page when I got home (again...I am only a man).

When I got home and checked out her gallery again, I noticed her profile said she was only 16. I was perplexed. DA doesn't allow anyone under 18 to be depicted nude, it's not even up for argument and it shouldn't be. Of course she's from the UK and according to her, it is legal in the UK to post topless pictures of yourself at age 16. However...to my knowledge, although DA is a universal site they're probably abiding by US laws and it's not ok...is it?

I don't know. Either way, those topless pics have been up for weeks now and I've contacted DA and reported some of her pictures and no action has been taken. These pics should be taken down right?

I know someone around here has got to have a little pull with what goes on here in DA. Are we allowing 16 year olds in the UK and Australia show themselves naked now? Will DA become a haven for internet predators and general perverts? Something must be done. I demand it.

I'd post a link to the offending Deviant, however I realize this is against the rules and I don't want to make her more popular. She's underage...in America, and people are seeing her naked. What's wrong with this picture? C'mon!!!
