When fans ruin something you like...

It's hard to like something when 80% of the fans are massive, raging morons and overall already giving the fandom a bad name. I tried liking the creepypasta fandom because there's some non-shitpastas(AKA not Slenderman or the fuckface that carved his face up and killed his family. So. Fucking. Cliche.), but omg all of the genderbends being PAIRED with canons(There is no canon, by the way), and the stupid fuck fangirls have taken over.
I almost cared for the FNAF fandom, but again, ruined. Horror seems to get hit the hardest with these brats trying to turn it into a massive romance fest.
I like Sonic, but I refuse to call myself a fan at this point. They get grouped together as a bunch of pricks that will scream like a banshee if you disagree with them.
They say rabid fans shouldn't ruin the fandom for you, because it's only half. Right? Right? AHAHAHAHAHA.
It's one thing when it's something personal, but these fandoms have names on them you want nothing to do with, because you're instantly grouped with a bunch of small children that should had been swallowed. You can like something and not be in the fandom, and at this point I'd like to do so for almost everything.

Now I don't exactly like this person nor I do hate them, but i've had problems with people who are fans of Russell Brand. Yes, that idiot has fans. I've had this problem on Facebook when I posted a comment on Russell Brand's page about how over-exposed he is and I get some response from an immature moronic fan who yells "Then unlike/unfollow his page, you twat!". I'm sorry, but it's true Brand IS overexposed. I don't care about his stupid 'revolution' nor do I wish to be a part of it, it's just i'm sick and tired of seeing that atrocity of a human being EVERYWHERE. I get it, he's smart and insightful. The fact these so called fans of his actually defend him makes me sick to my stomach. Look, I don't mind Brand - in small doses. I said I don't like the fact he's been over-exposing himself a lot , they don't have to go all NuttyMadam on me. The only sane Russell Brand fans I know are on Tumblr.
Also I hate it when said fans of said movie/comic book/cartoon do yaoi/slashfics of straight male characters. I'm sorry, but straight characters like Jake and Elwood Blues do NOT deserve to be made into a gay couple, because they're both straight and have/had a girlfriend. Plus it totally ruins the badass factor they have. I mean for god's sake they are the Blues Brothers, they're not Cameron and Mitchell from Modern Family. Plus they're siblings..well blood-siblings anyway, it would be wrong to pair them up like that.
Another thing that pisses me off about these type of fans is that some go as far as doing the same thing only with Real Person Fics including historical figures. I mean imagine if someone did a creepy slashfic about Blackbeard and Vlad The Impaler! It would be just wrong.
Lastly....I absolutely loathe overly-sexual fanfics or RPs. I'm okay if it's tame or moderate, but if it goes into the kind of thing where there's nudity and almost nothing but sex scenes in a RP or fanfic, then that is going into straight-up porno-territory. It makes me feel like i'm the Cinema Snob.
