The point of the taxidermy category is to put taxidermy related work there.
Why?
I think the point is the same as other which is to showcase work done with the remains of dead animals which can be pretty fantastic when done right just like with anything else.

indeed, as much as I laugh at really bad taxidermy which i have titled "taxiderpy" it does look really hard to do well.
