why my print is still not enabled after I submit it as print?

You see that "Print Not Enabled". but actually I have submitted it as print, repeatedly. why is this? does anyone has ever experienced the same problem? also, few days ago actually I have deactivated this print because I want to edit something. but I have reactivated it, as I can see in submit -> manage prints -> your products.

any help is appreciated

I like to imagine in my head that the reason it won't let you is because the system finally figured out that you're a complete moron.
